Days 7 & 8 [12/26/09] iluvroadrunner6 [ mood | tired ] For Christmas, I got a pretty new layout from afteriwake! It's Sam Winchester who eats my brain as of late. *glees* Isn't it pretty? ( Previously on ...  ) Day 07 — A photo that makes you happy This is me and a couple friends when I was doing theater back in high school. We were doing the show Witness for the Prosecution and we all had really small, bit parts, so we would hang out backstage and just talk all night. While not my favorite play we ever did, it was definitely one where we had the most fun out of character. Day 08 — A photo that makes you angry/sad I don't actually have any on my computer, but any picture of me with my grandfather when I was a kid makes me sad in a bittersweet sort of way. He passed away when I was a sophomore in high school, so I still miss him a lot. ( And the rest of them under here ) Read (3) Comment

Day 4 [12/22/09] iluvroadrunner6 [ mood | busy ] Day 01 — Your favorite song Day 02 - Your favorite movie Day 03 - Your favorite television program Day 04 - Your favorite book My favorite book, currently, is actually not fiction. It's Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris. He's actually one of my favorite authors, just because of his dry sense of humor and the way he writes is really engaging. I even went so far as to name one of my fic series after one of his essays "See You Again Yesterday" (which is now over at seeyouagain_fic). It really is a great read if you're into creative nonfiction. ( And the rest of them under here ) Comment

Aside from my usual gut reaction of OMG PRETTY, I love the brother dynamic, as well as the overall mytharc. I think that's the reason why I'll stick with the show till it ends. Day 2 [12/20/09] iluvroadrunner6 [ mood | cold ] Day 01 — Your favorite song Day 02 - Your favorite movie What I love about Tim Burton, is he's such a visual director. He paints a really clear picture in vivid color and I love that. But what makes me love Big Fish more than any of his other movies is the story and the pictures that go with it. I love how he tries to tell the story of his father's life the way his father told it to him, but gets frustrated with it at the same time. That makes it really fun to watch. I live? [12/19/09] iluvroadrunner6 [ mood | busy ] Heh. Yes, I do still remember this exists. I just never really have anything to say here, so I don't update as often as I should which is bad. I've also gotten a bit lazy with crossposting fic and things when I probably should, but I'm going to do that Thirty Day Meme thing, so hopefully that will motivate me to update more? I dunno. I might lose my wind halfway through, but it looks like fun, so I'm going to try it. Anyway, as for life school is school. I'm busy scouring the internet for an internship so that I can actually graduate on time as oppose to sometime in the summer or next fall, but that's been slow going. Hopefully I'll manage to land something sometime soon. In fandom news, I sort of superpowered my way through the Buffyverse (sort of -- I've got two episodes left of Angel) and I've already got the crack percolating in my brain, but I have to say, my favorite part of all of it, is Spike being a pain in Angel's ass in Season 5. Their dynamic here is probably my favorite one of the whole show. I'm so behind on Heroes and Fringe, the former I'm not really sure I care and the latter makes me sad, but that's what Fox gets for moving it into Supernatural's time slot. Speaking of which, I love Supernatural this season. LOVE. I can't wait to see where the show goes. Seriously. And speaking of Supernatural, but in regards to CSI:NY: ( casting spoilers for 613: Flag on the Play ) And anyway, on to the meme: Day 01 — Your favorite song "Change" from A New Brain. It's not the best quality in the world, but you can still hear it pretty clearly and this singer has a fantastic voice. And this is my current favorite song. That changes depending on the day.
